EASY RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may cancel your contract at any time up to 30 working daysafter the day of delivery. At your cost please return unused goods, along with your order number all original packaging and any labels for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, personalised or custom fit products .
You must get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high value goods to use a tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items.
We cannot be held liable for goods that fail to arrive.
Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.

To receive a replacement item
We recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods; ensuring you are able to immediately reserve the stock and receive a replacement without any unnecessary delay. We will then inspect your returned item(s) and refund the costs within 7-10 days.

Returning Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims
Please contact us should your goods become faulty, please do not send faulty items back without prior arrangement or without a returns number.
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee*. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use within the first 30 days we may offer the option of a refund**, repair or replacement. For purchases over 30 days we will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault. ** Refunds will be provided should we establish the items were delivered faulty and may take 7-10 days to process.
