At Walrus Apparel we will endeavour to ensure all parcels are delivered by the specified time-scale, We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are delayed or are not delivered in the time frame due to adverse weather conditions, which is unfortunately out of our hands. We can only apologise in advance for this, and will try our best to notify you of any delays.
Special delivery instructions - Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour". Please note that it may not always be possible for the courier to follow these instructions (for example signed for items cannot be left at the rear of properties).
Shipping address - Orders can be despatched to your home or work place, we may ask for further confirmation or proof of identity for orders shipped to alternative addresses.
Shipping times - We dispatch orders to our couriers at approximately 1:30pm on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. Deliveries from our couriers to our customers are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.30pm and may require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.
If you miss delivery - If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Our Couriers - We have teamed up with the best couriers in the UK to deliver our goods at the best prices. We use Royal Mail to deliver all our small items and DPD to deliver all larger parcels throughout the UK and Europe.
Upon receipt of your delivery before you sign for the parcel, please check that the package is not damaged or if you think that your parcel has been tampered with, ensure that you bring this to the couriers attention and sign for the parcel as damaged.
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of the parcel being received and signed for. All claims must be made by email to email@example.com
Any delivery where the customer has requested it delivered to a neighbour is subject to condition above
Any customer requesting a delivery to a neighbour that is to be signed for by them, is at their own risk.
No claims for shortages or damage will be accepted if the above conditions are not met
Deliveries that are in dispute or are under investigation can take 7-10 working days for a resolution, during this period no alternative products or refunds can be processed until the courier investigation have been completed.
Customers who request that their delivery is left in a safe place do so at their own risk.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return your item at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. At your cost please return unused goods, along with your order number all original packaging and any labels for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, personalised or custom fit products .
You must get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high value goods to use a tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items.
We cannot be held liable for goods that fail to arrive.
Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.
Unfortunately there are certain items that cannot be returned to us:
- Socks or base layers that have been worn and are not in the original packaging.
- Packs of socks or gloves that have been split.
To receive a replacement item
We recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods; ensuring you are able to immediately reserve the stock and receive a replacement without any unnecessary delay. We will then inspect your returned item(s) and refund the costs within 3-5 days.

Returning Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims
Please contact us should your goods become faulty, please do not send faulty items back without prior arrangement or without a returns number.
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee*. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and daytime contact number.

Quality item, well made one criticism this ugh , because it has an inner lining it does feel a bit tight especially if you are looking to swing freely. So may wish t consider larger size
